Overview

LightMetrics offers a video telematics solution powered by edge AI for driver coaching and fleet safety. It supports multiple dashcam types, detecting distraction, fatigue, and unsafe driving in real time. The solution comes along with:

Getting started

  1. Request a Master account
    Contact your Navixy Customer Success Manager or submit a request through the support form. Provide your Navixy account details and specify “Request for LightMetrics Master account setup.” Our team will coordinate with LightMetrics and send you login credentials once the Master account is created.
  2. Configure accounts
    Once the Master account is active, log in and create customer accounts. Match each Account ID with its corresponding Navixy ID, create user logins, and assign fleets.
  3. Activate devices
    Add supported devices to LightMetrics first, then activate them in Navixy via Device activation by entering the Device ID (IMEI).
  4. Embed dashboard
    In Navixy, go to Account settings → User applications. Create a new application, paste your LightMetrics dashboard URL, choose Embedded, and save. Select your API key if available.
